I Assumed Sydney Talker Was A Yahoo Boy – Nasboi
Nasboi, a popular content creator and musician, has revealed how valuable social media influence and skitmaking can be.
He claimed that before joining the creative field, he assumed that popular skit creators such as Sydney Talker were involved in Internet fraud due to the industry’s lucrative nature.
Speaking on the Bahd And Boujee Podcast, co-hosted by reality star Tolanibaj and actress Moet Abebe, he stated that many people continue to accuse skit creators and influencers of fraud because they are unaware of how wealthy the creative sector is.
He stated, “Before I became a skit maker, I could boast that Sydney was a Yahoo boy [internet fraudster].” Because I had no idea how profitable the creative sector was until I joined.
“Many female influencers and sketch creators are also being trolled. Social media users frequently accuse women of sleeping with men for money, but they are unaware that these female influencers earn a lot of money through endorsements and marketing.
“Yahoo [internet scams] are stressful. It’s not even as lucrative as creating skits. Some skit makers are not well-known, but they make a lot of money. I know someone who made $33,000 from a video on Facebook. “He’s not even popular.”
