On behalf of the National President, Niger Delta Students Union Government, we specially commend the Honorable Minister of Niger Delta Affairs, Sen. Godswill Akpabio for his humanly directive to the interim management of Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) to provide the requisite palliatives to all states under the auspices of the commission. Such gesture is a manifestation of the federal government commitment to mitigate the devastating socioeconomic implications of the shutdown directive of the President, Mohammad Buhari.

It is globally accepted that this dreaded virus has acquired worldwide notoriety. In fact, convid19 constitute a common enemy confronting humanity. In order to defeat this enemy, all governments, international organisations, Humanitarian agencies must positively conspire in their collective efforts towards the eradication of this virus that has threatened humanity.

It is in recognition of this aforementioned fact that the Niger Delta Students Union Government under the leadership of Comr. Maaloo Dgreat, GCAF has decided to collaborate with the Ministry of Niger Delta and Niger Delta Development Commission(NDDC) to ensure that the Niger Delta students are not left out in the process of sharing palliatives to states. To the President, the total wellbeing and welfare of Niger Delta Students must be protected and guaranteed.

It is our special appeal to all Niger Delta students worldwide to stay safe, adhere to all Public health measures and obey all governmental directive. Collectively, we shall emerge victorious at the end.
